Sofie Habram is a Policy Specialist working with Development Finance Statistics at the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida). Her focus is development finance related to the DAC, with a particular focus on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the 2030 Agenda. Ms Habram is Sweden’s delegate to the OECD’s Working Party on Development Finance Statistics (WP-STAT). She is also part of the International TOSSD Task Force, working on creating a new measurement framework reporting official flows to developing countries in line with the SDGs. Ms Habram also coordinates and monitors Sweden’s national reporting on the SDGs on the indicators relating to Swedish Official Development Assistance.
Ms Habram holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, from Lund University and Master of Art in Development Studies, from Uppsala University, Sweden.
